The market close is positive maybe due to upcoming State of the Nation Address of President Rodrigo "Rody" Roa Duterte on Monday, July 24. Hoping that the 2nd SONA of President Duterte will be positive to the local and foreign investor to Break the 1year+ resistance of 8,000 level.
